如果不是你的车，如果你是租车，如果不知晓是否欠费，千万不要轻易绑定车牌，不然这个系统会赖上你了，不能解绑，还要去手机运营商出证明，证明你是绑定手机的持有人，垃圾系统，本想交停车费，误导被绑定了，还让我把欠费缴了，没本事把停车款收到，就无道理转嫁他人。
